Pot. NEW HYBRID
(Blc. Guess What 'SVO' AM/AOS x Pot. Burana Love 'SVO' AM/AOS)
Guess What (Blc. Waikiki Gold x Lc. Trick or Treat) is one of my favorite breeding plants due to its cluster of 8-9 vibrant orange-yellow flowers on strong stems. Burana Love (Pot. Burana Beauty x Blc. Love Sound) has a full-shaped, bright yellow flower with bold red flares on a strong upright stem. These will be compact plants with good upright stems bearing cluster of yellow and red flowers. Very showy and easy to bloom.

Pot. NEW HYBRID (Blc. Guess What 'SVO' AM/AOS x Slc. Granata Sunrise 'SVO Tequila Sunrise')
Guess What (Blc. Waikiki Gold x Lc. Trick or Treat) has vibrant orange-yellow flower in clusters of 8-9 on strong stems. It’s a favorite breeder of mine. Granata Sunrise (Lc. Tokyo Magic x Slc. Wasp Nest) has been an excellent plant as well. The flower color looks like a Tequila Sunrise, in shades of yellows, oranges and reds, and the 7-9 blooms are held just above he foliage on sturdy stems. These are going to produce sunset-colored flowers with lots of orange and yellow. Strong stems will hold the flowers above the foliage in an attractive display. 4” pots $25

Blc. NEW HYBRID
(Blc. Fordyce Fantasy 'SVO Best' x Blc. Guess What 'SVO' AM/AOS)
Fordyce Fantasy (Blc. Horizon Flight x C. aurantiaca) is a remarkable hybrid first made by the late Frank Fordyce. The robust plants produce strong stems holding 5-7 flowers in a clear lemon yellow with a purple triangular splash and a purple/red picotee on the petals. Guess What (Blc. Waikiki Gold x Lc. Trick or Treat) is a favorite breeder for its clusters of 8-9 vibrant orange-yellow flowers on strong stems. The expectation for these is 5-9 bright orange flowers with red flares carried well on strong stems. I’ll keep it short and sweet – this is a great pairing! 4” pots $25

Blc. NEW HYBRID
(Blc. Bouton D'or 'Halcyon' AM/AOS x Blc. Guess What 'SVO' AM/AOS)
Bouton D'Or (C. Wolteriana x Blc. Buttercup) is a famous orange and a well-respected parent. The flowers have good shape and color, and the plants are very robust growers and reliable bloomers. Guess What (Blc. Waikiki Gold x Lc. Trick or Treat) is a favorite breeder of mine. It’s dominant for vibrant orange-yellow flower on strong stems carrying clusters of 8-9 blooms. This is one of those “you have to make it” crosses, and we expect these to have 5-9 well-held flowers in bright orange. 4” pots $25

Pot. NEW HYBRID
[(Pot. Yellow Ball x Pot. Burana Beauty) 'Spectacular Bid' x Lc. Tropical Aurora 'SVO']
‘Spectacular Bid’ has a bright yellow flower with a touch of red in the lip. Flowers have exceptional shape, are well-presented and, remarkably, quite fragrant, which is unusual for a yellow Cattleya. Tropical Aurora (Lc. Aussie Sunset x Lc. Tokyo Magic) is a special plant with considerable potential. Flowers are a pure, very bright yellow - the most intense yellow imaginable – with a contrasting red lip. It is interesting that the red flaring of Aussie Sunset is not expressed in the flowers, suggesting it’s a recessive trait. These will produce strong stems of 4-7 well-formed flowers in bright yellow with red lips, and some will be fragrant! The reciprocal is available as SVO 7454. 4” pots $25

Pot. NEW HYBRID
(Pot. Fordyce Prelude 'Pinnacle' AM/AOS x Lc. Tropical Aurora 'SVO')
Fordyce Prelude (Slc. California Apricot x Blc. Horizon Flight) produces flat yellow-orange flowers with a prominent red splash, and the full-shaped lip is yellow-orange with red edges. Tropical Aurora (Lc. Aussie Sunset x Lc. Tokyo Magic) is very bright yellow with a contrasting red lip. It‘s interesting that the red flaring of Aussie Sunset is not expressed in the flowers - it must be a recessive trait. Breeding it to another flared parent will hopefully unlock its potential. The expectation is for bright yellow flowers with red flares on the petals and red lips with yellow throats, well arranged in heads of 4-6 on upright stems. 4” pots $25
